Whether you have done tenth from any state board or CBSE board does not make any difference.
If you want to do the ITI electrician course after 12th, then you have to have a science subject in twelfth.

Duration of ITI Electrician course-

The Duration of the ITI electrician course is 2 years, divided into 4 semesters.
Duration of Apprentice training after ITI electrician course-
Students who do well during the ITI electrician course and if they get a chance to apprentice, then its duration is 3 years. Which includes 2 years of basic training.
